The Patan Health Center is a rural health facility in the community of Patan in the district of Baitadi in the far west of Nepal. The center is an important health facility not only for the community of Patan with a total of 29,230 inhabitants, but also for patients from the neighboring areas of Surnaya, Dogadakedar, Sigas, Pancheshwor, Shivanath, Melauli and Purchaudi.
