The Patan Health Center is a rural health facility in the municipality of Patan in the district of Baitadi in the far west of Nepal. The center is an important health care facility not only for the community of Patan, with a total population of 29,230, but also for patients from the neighboring areas of Surnaya, Dogadakedar, Sigas, Pancheshwor, Shivanath, Melauli and Purchaudi.
