The healthposts supported by us are located in the remote regions of in the remote regions of Solukhumbu and Okhaldhunga.
Phera, Solukhumbu
Provider: Nepalmed Nepal, since 2019 Nepalese government
Catchment area: four communities, 700 inhabitants
Medical care: 10-15 patients daily, pharmacy, consultation hours in general medicine and dentistry
Nepalmed e.V.: support since 2015, financing of two new buildings including equipment, water filter station PAUL.
Maidane, Okhaldhunga
Provider: local community, established by German organization “Kinder in Okhaldhunga”, since 2016 Nepalmed.
Catchment area: 700 households with 3,500 people
Medical care: 1,200 patients per year, general and dental medicine
Nepalmed: since 2017 financing of the operation, purchase of equipment and instruments, salaries
Tingla, Solukhumbu
Provider: Nepalese government
Catchment area: 3,700 inhabitants
Medical care: 40 patients daily
Nepalmed: support since 2017, financing of new equipment and instruments, water, toilet construction
Khoriya, Solukhumbu
Provider: Nepalese government, has financed new shell construction
Catchment area: 300 inhabitants
Medical care: 10 patients daily, general medicine
Nepalmed: since 2020 financing of the interior construction as well as the furniture
Jaidu Rosi, Solukhumbu
Provider: Nepalese government,
Catchment area: three municipalities, 600 inhabitants
Medical care: 15 patients daily, pharmacy, consultation hours in general medicine and dentistry.
Nepalmed: support since 2016, financing of new equipment and instruments, toilet construction.
